Served as the primary analytical and documentation resource for Carnival Corporation's Global Integrated Ship Cyber Safety program across all nine operating brands and a fleet of 97 vessels. Led requirements, documentation, and deployment coordination for three concurrent Operational Technology security programs: Nozomi Guardian fleet-wide deployment, USB scanner endpoint modernization, and Xona OTRA remote access governance.

Owned the US-market product backlog for MSC's eCommerce digital platform, translating the Product Owner's informal input into structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria through 2-3 stakeholder interviews per week. Ran Scrum ceremonies, managed the full software development lifecycle, and led user acceptance testing as the sole US-based owner of the product effort.
